Job Description and General Qualifications:

Plan regular visits to doctors and pharmacies, perform product promotion in accordance with medical promotion principles, and report activities to achieve goals.

Promote Quantum products and services to customers by providing information and raising awareness that delivers optimized patient outcomes.



Promote the Quantum portfolio by providing the most up-to-date, relevant, and evidence-based data, key messages, and product information to the right individuals, supporting healthcare professionals in making ethical decisions.



Understand and dynamically prioritize and adapt regional and customer engagement plans using all available data sources.



Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, the company's strategy, positioning, key messages, and customer insights.



Have a deep understanding of competitors and relevant fields.



Use customer engagement skills to deliver high-quality interactions and maximize the customer experience for the benefit of patients.



Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets, productivity, and performance goals within the agreed budgets and timeframes.



implement related activities such as customer events, marketing campaigns to achieve agreed targets.



Demonstrate courage and competence in applying the Quantum Beauty-Way sales model during interactions and meetings:



Pre-Call Planning – Delivering Key Messages.



Identifying Needs and Objections.



delivering brand messages, and handling objections quickly, professionally, and in line with the company's style.



Collaborate empathetically with the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative efforts to achieve team and company goals.





Minimum Requirements:



Maximum age 30.



Medical background advantageous



1+ year experience in a sales role (knowledge of doctors in the aesthetics field is an advantage).



Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build trustworthy relationships.



Practical skills in commonly used computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.



Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
