Job Description and Responsibilities



· Promote Quantum Beauty’s products and services to customers by providing information and awareness that enables optimized patient outcomes,(Especially by conducting visits, presentations, and sales at pharmacies, beauty centers, and cosmetic stores.)



· Retain and boost knowledge of products, the company's strategy, positioning, key messages, and customers.



· Maintain a deep understanding of competitors and their respective areas.



· Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets, productivity, and performance targets within agreed budgets and timespan.



· Strategic Planning- Pre-Call Planning- Delivering core Messages



· Enable Key accounts, market access, and contacts network support



· Achieve agreed contact coverage and contact-visit frequency targets through diverse communication ways.



Minimum Requirements



· Maximum 30 years old



· 2+ years of experience in a sales role



· Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build trustful relationships



· Practical skills in the most commonly used computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint



· Pioneer mindset



· Adaptability to a dynamic work environment



· It’s essential to have a good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
