In our developing and growing organization, we are looking for a“Sales Trainee Engineer” with the following qualifications to take part in the Sales processes in our factory in Aliağa (A.O.S.B);



GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS



Graduated from Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or other engineering departments of universities,

At least 2 years of experience in the casting industry,

Good command of English language, written and spoken,

Good command of Ms Office programs, advanced reporting skills,

Analytical thinking and strong marketing skills, good presentation skills,

Able to drive an active vehicle,

No domestic and international travel restrictions,

Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and team-oriented,

Completed military service for male candidates.



JOB DESCRIPTION



To take part in sales and marketing activities in line with the company's sales policies and targets.

To ensure the management of the existing customer portfolio and the execution of new business development activities with potential customers.

To ensure the realization of customer visits and the evaluation of requests from customers.

To follow up customer requests before and after sales in internal units,

To attend conferences and present company in international setting,

To work with an international team on all the sales leads but also with local production and trading devision,

To be able to manage deliveries and follow up on customer satisfaction,

To ensure the realization of daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities.

To discover and report new application areas by closely following the developments in the sector and the market and to contribute to the increase of our customer portfolio,

To be responsible for meeting annual budget targets,

To contribute to the stock follow-up of the products for which it is responsible,
