Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams, engineering firms, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, procurement, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Manage official correspondence with authorities and oversee permit application processes.
• Oversee conceptual and detailed design phases of projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Work with engineering firms and consultants to ensure that design processes adhere to industry standards.
• Supervise the preparation and review of technical documentation, including plans, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Assess design feasibility for field applications and recommend necessary revisions.
• Support decision-making processes regarding material selection and technical standards.
• Coordinate the preparation of construction-related contracts and collaborate with legal teams.
• Provide technical support in tender processes, conduct contractor evaluations, and oversee bid analysis.
• Work closely with project engineers to ensure effective design and engineering coordination.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage the technical requirements of installation, assembly, commissioning, and transport processes, working closely with logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient project implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in petrochemical plants projects
• Expertise in project design, engineering processes, construction management, installation, assembly, commissioning, and transport.
• Strong knowledge of EPC management, budgeting, project planning, material selection, and tendering processes.
• Proficiency in technical drawing software (Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Experience in contract management, technical specifications, and tender processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or above)

• Ceyhan Adana / 18 Months (from May 2025 to December 2026)
