We are looking for a MEDIUM VOLTAGE SALES ENGINEER/ SUPERVISOR who will increase our operational capabilities for our growing company.
Our ideal candidate;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Having at 1-2 years experience or knowledge in medium voltage systems
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes and reporting,
- Team worker & successful in human relations
- Have B1-B2 level English,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Attention to detail and results oriented, strong planning and follow-up skills
- An active driver & ability to travel
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills,

Job Description;
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the company's medium voltage product portfolio,
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers,
• Create a new customer portfolio by reaching out to potential customers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals by analysing customer needs,
• Provide appropriate solutions to customers by taking an active role in contract negotiations.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales targets, performance indicators and customer feedback to senior management.
