Job Description:
As an International Franchise Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving Rulomatik’s international growth by identifying new business opportunities, building franchise networks, and supporting our global expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential franchise candidates in international markets.
Evaluate franchise applications and provide candidates with detailed information about the process.
Analyze market trends and dynamics to offer tailored solutions to potential partners.
Manage franchise contracts and oversee the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with existing international franchisees to strengthen partnerships.
Develop strategic plans to achieve international franchise sales targets.
Represent the company at international fairs and events, building connections with franchise prospects.
Prepare and present regular sales and market analysis reports to management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales or franchise development.
Advanced English skills
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural differences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
Ability to travel internationally.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
