We are looking for a team member to work as a "Guest Relations Agent" at Ibis Styles Merter, Our hotel group is operating in the international tourism sector.

- Observes guest satisfaction and expectations during their stay.
- Provides effective responses to guest needs and reports daily guest feedback for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Handles all guest requests and needs during check-in, stay, and check-out processes.
- Graduated from relevant university departments.
- Proficient in advanced English, with German as a second foreign language.
- Experienced in the guest relations department of five-star hotels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Capable of maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and quality.
- Highly competent in working carefully and meticulously.
- Friendly, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pays attention to personal appearance.
